MCCP is recognized for being a go-to partner for access, procurement and connecting residents to vital organizations and individual resources and opportunities to help them dream, develop, grow and thrive - for starting a non-profit to finding after school opportunities for your children, we have the information and relationships to get you on your way.

We host approximately 48 events throughout the year including a community-centered Kwanzaa Festival to intergenerational art workshops and neighborhood networking and safety meetings local recreation centers and partner sites.

Hello, I’m Cass
MCCP's Founder!
Here is a little background insight on me.
Cassandra Green (Cass) is a community activist, engagement specialist, and cultural producer with expertise in non-profit administration, project management, arts education, and capacity building.
Currently working in the Juvenile Diversion Unit at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, she remains dedicated to community advocacy and systemic change. Before this role, she managed the We CAN Collaborative’s DOJ crime reduction initiative and served as PEC’s Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships, leading quality-of-life programs and creative placemaking efforts such as Drexel's Action for Early Learning Outreach and Engagement and organized the Lancaster Ave Jazz & Arts Festival. Cass spent 27 years at the University of Pennsylvania and co-founded the Mill Creek Community Partnership.
She also directs the Fine Arts Through Our Eyes (FATOE) Community Arts Initiative, advocating for artists of color and providing a safe, creative, stimulating, and accessible environment for individuals to explore and create art.
She is committed to serving as a catalyst for change and advocate for accessibility opportunities and resources for underserved communities and youth.
A dedicated changemaker, Cass has received numerous awards, serves on multiple boards, and ran as a Democratic candidate in the 2022 and 2024 primaries. She continues to advance the “Peace, Power & Progress Movement.”
